Contact the company

Use the enquiry form for product questions, company information and trading enquiries. Include your email address so we can respond.

Your enquiries and saved bag

When you submit an enquiry, this website stores your name, email, company and message so the company can review it. These records are held privately for the company to review. Do not submit bank details or identity documents.

The shopping bag uses an essential browser cookie to recognise your saved selections for up to 30 days. Your selections are stored on the website’s server. No sign-in is required to browse or send an enquiry. No marketing subscriptions or advertising cookies are used here.

Customer accounts use a username and password. We store your username, a protected password hash and a protected recovery-code hash, together with your account bag. Your password and recovery code are not stored as readable text. The essential sign-in cookie lasts up to seven days, with sessions expiring after 24 hours of inactivity. Signing out or changing your password ends the relevant sessions.

Creating an account is optional for browsing and enquiries, but you must sign in before accessing checkout. Keep your recovery code private; it lets you reset a forgotten password. Account recovery by email is not currently offered.

To ask about information you have submitted, contact us using the enquiry form and provide the email address used for your enquiry or account.

Prices, ordering and delivery

Prices are on enquiry. Request confirmation of product details, availability, delivery charges, lead times, returns and purchase terms before placing an order. Saving items in your bag or submitting an enquiry does not place an order or take a payment.

Online payment is currently unavailable.
